05 · FAQ

Questions, answered straight

The questions we hear at almost every consult, answered the way we would answer them in person.

Something else on your mind? Call (602) 706-8751 and ask us directly.

What does the consultation cost?

Nothing. We meet you and your dog, hear the full story, and give you a straight assessment. If a program makes sense, you get a written plan with the goals, the timeline, and exactly what it costs. No pressure either way.

How long does Board & Train take?

3 to 6 weeks, depending on the dog and the goals. The timeline goes in your written plan before your dog ever stays a night, so nothing at pickup is a surprise.

What happens after my dog graduates Board & Train?

You get a full handler handoff, and then we stay in your corner. Every board and train graduate gets lifetime group classes and lifetime support. When your dog goes home, we do not.

Do you train at my home?

Yes. Home sessions put the training in the rooms and on the streets where the behavior actually shows up, and we coach you and your dog together. There is a 2 session minimum, and a travel fee applies beyond 20 miles from Glendale. We serve Glendale and the greater Phoenix metro.

Do you work with my breed?

Any breed, any size. The plan changes with the dog in front of us. The standard does not.

My dog has aggression issues. Will you take them?

Yes. We take the dogs others turn away. Aggression, anxiety, and severe reactivity are training problems with training answers. We rebuild confidence in the dog and safety for the handler.

Can my dog do protection work?

Maybe. Protection work starts with a temperament evaluation, because not every dog is a candidate, and we will tell you honestly. For the right dog, it is built on top of flawless obedience, never in place of it.

Not sure which program?

That is exactly what the free consult is for. We meet you and your dog, hear the full story, and map the right program together.
