Terms of Service
Effective August 19, 2026. These terms govern the use of patriotdogtrainingaz.com, consultations booked through it, and the training services we describe on it. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
01 · Section
Who these terms are with
Patriot Dog Training and Behavioral Academy (“Patriot Dog Training,” “we,” “us”) is a veteran owned dog training company based at 3820 W Happy Valley Rd Ste 141 PMB 476, Glendale, AZ 85310, serving Glendale and the greater Phoenix metro. By using this website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, or enrolling your dog in a program, you agree to these terms.
02 · Section
Our services
The site describes our training programs: board and train, CGC and service dog preparation, behavior modification, puppy training, home sessions, and protection work. Every engagement starts with a free consultation, where we meet you and your dog and give you a straight assessment. There is no charge and no obligation for that conversation.
The program descriptions on this site are general. Your dog’s actual program, its goals, its timeline, and its price are set out in the written plan we give you after the consultation. If the written plan and this website ever say different things, the written plan wins.
03 · Section
Scheduling and cancellation
Life with dogs is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or a session, we ask for at least 24 hours notice so the time can go to another dog. We extend you the same courtesy: if we ever have to move a session, we will tell you as soon as we know and make it right.
Drop off and pickup for board and train programs are coordinated directly with you and confirmed in your written plan.
04 · Section
Your responsibilities
Good training starts with honest information. When you work with us, you agree to:
- Give us an accurate and complete history of your dog, including any bite history, fights, or incidents with people or other animals. We take the dogs others turn away, but only when we know what we are working with.
- Keep your dog current on vaccinations, and show us proof if we ask for it.
- Keep your dog securely contained and under control at home and in public, using the equipment we agree on.
- Tell us about any health conditions, injuries, or medications that could affect training.
- Do the homework. The plan we build only works if the handling continues between sessions and after graduation.
05 · Section
Assumption of risk
We will say this plainly, because you deserve it plainly: dogs are animals, and dog training carries inherent risk. Even a well managed dog can scratch, bite, or injure a person, another dog, or property. We manage that risk with structure, experience, and the right equipment, but no trainer can remove it entirely, and anyone who promises otherwise is not being honest with you.
By enrolling your dog, you accept these inherent risks. You also understand that training results depend heavily on your own follow-through as the handler once your dog is home.
06 · Section
Results and lifetime support
We stand behind our training. Every board and train graduate comes with lifetime group classes and lifetime support, as described on the site: when your dog goes home, we do not.
What we do not do is promise a specific behavior in every situation for the rest of your dog’s life. Dogs are not machines, and outcomes depend on the handling continuing at home. Support means that when something slips, you call us and we work it with you.
07 · Section
Payment
We do not publish prices on the site because every program is built for the dog in front of us. Your price and payment terms are quoted in the written plan and agreed before training begins. There are no hidden fees: if a cost is not in your plan, you do not owe it. Home sessions beyond 20 miles from Glendale carry the travel fee noted on the programs page and confirmed in your plan.
08 · Section
Text messages and calls
If you ticked the optional messaging box on one of our forms, we may text and call you about your dog’s training and, where you agreed to it, occasional offers. Marketing frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all of them, or HELP for help. Consent is never required to work with us, and we call and text between 8am and 9pm in your local time. The full program, including how automated and AI voice calls work, is in the Privacy Policy.
09 · Section
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, our total liability for any claim arising out of the services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the program the claim arises from, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10 · Section
The website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services and is not veterinary or behavioral medical advice. We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. The site’s content, branding, and photography belong to us or our licensors; do not reuse them without permission.
11 · Section
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Arizona. If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
12 · Section
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date. Changes apply going forward; the written plan you signed keeps the terms it was signed under.
